This interactive session will provide you with tools and tips to update your recruitment practices and make your organisation stand out in a competitive recruitment market. You'll hear from organisations embracing flexibility, diversity and inclusion and removing barriers to recruitment.

Description

Drawing on experience from Scotland's voluntary sector, this session will help you to think about how to make your jobs and your organisation more inclusive, diverse and more attractive in a challenging recruitment market.

Hear from voluntary organisations, flexible working experts and a leading diversity and inclusion organisation and learn about their approaches, and the impact they have had on recruitment, including:

• Making work attractive: how to make your jobs and benefits make sense to those (re)entering the job market
• Removing barriers to application: learn how to make your recruitment process more inclusive from job descriptions to advertising to inductions and retention
• Flexible and hybrid working: hear from organisations embracing flexibility, diversity and inclusion

Format: the session will include a panel discussion, Q&A and opportunities for group discussion and networking.
