Insightful Research: Gain an understanding of recent findings specific to the non-profit sector and how they're shaping the management and leadership landscape for 2024. Interactive Discussions: Engage in peer-led conversations, sharing both challenges and experiences, providing a platform for collaborative learning. Crowd-Sourced Perspectives: Dive into collective insights, drawing from the diverse experiences of your peers, to foster informed decision-making for your organization. Reflective Activities: Engaging, hands-on activities designed to prompt introspection. Reflect upon the past, present, and most importantly, the future. Set clear intentions for your organization's people development as you move forward.

Description

In this interactive workshop, James and Jane from the World of Work Project will share the latest research in changing management needs and practices and invite participants to engage in discussion, personal reflection and collaborative activities on what this means for their teams.

These challenges are not unique to the third sector but they are having different and material impact on the choices employees and volunteers are making about who they work for, as well as on the work they do and their effectiveness. We want to grow the conversation about how third-sector leaders and managers can address these challenges despite budget and resource constraints.

Join us for a dynamic, interactive hour, ensuring you're well-prepared to guide your organization into 2024 and beyond.
