- Description
In this interactive workshop, James and Jane from the World of Work Project will share the latest research in changing management needs and practices and invite participants to engage in discussion, personal reflection and collaborative activities on what this means for their teams.
These challenges are not unique to the third sector but they are having different and material impact on the choices employees and volunteers are making about who they work for, as well as on the work they do and their effectiveness. We want to grow the conversation about how third-sector leaders and managers can address these challenges despite budget and resource constraints.
Join us for a dynamic, interactive hour, ensuring you're well-prepared to guide your organization into 2024 and beyond.
