What was covered in your sessions?
We had four really engaging speakers who provided useful hints and tips on engaging with businesses. The message was clear that business want to hear from organisations that share their goals – so make sure you do your homework before approaching a business. Business are keen to work on joint projects, to procure services from voluntary organisations and to provide funding where there is a clear link to the business and potential benefit for them – eg funding to support you people to develop employability skills.
How people can find out more or get involved in your work?
