What was covered in your sessions?
Great learning and development (L&D) can help charities reach their goals. But in order to deliver that, you need practitioners with the right skills, will, authority and resources. In this session we looked at the Charity Learning Index, which is designed to track progression over time and provides you with valuable data to assess where your organisation is now and understand how to improve. Whatever stage your organisation is at with their L&D journey, the CL Index helps you benchmark where you’re at, where you’re excelling and where improvements need to be made. In this session, members of the Charity Learning Consortium who have been through the benchmark joined us to share their key takeaways.
