What was covered in your sessions?
NHS Charities Together and NHS Lothian Charity covered the practicalities of preparing for change, what you can prepare and put into motion now to support change whether it is planned or unplanned. To consider when that moment of change will be, what are the factors leading up to it and what is your role? What do your beneficiaries need now and in the future? We also looked at partnerships and the advantages and the challenges this can bring.
