We will discuss issues, methods, and provide practical tips on successful Trustee recruitment. We will also consider if the terms of your governing document is impacting Trustee succession. There will also be commentary on matters such as diversity, Trustee induction, terms and rotation, and use of skills matrix. After a short presentation from each speaker, questions and queries will be invited from the attendees for an engaging and interactive discussion on the topic.
