- Overall aim
Are you running a community space or village hall? Then you know that it’s hard work, with an endless list of things to do and think about. But support is out there, and we want to help you find it.
- Description
In this session run jointly by SCVO, Development Trusts Association (DTAS), Scottish Rural Network, Scottish Rural Action, Scottish Community Alliance and Community Enterprise, we’ll highlight the support available to you on:
- Taking on a community space
- Setting up good governance
- Facilities management
- Enterprise and growing your reach
- Working with and for your community
We’ll outline the support landscape for you, connect you to support organisations and create space for you to share with and learn from your peers. And you can hear all about the Village and Community Halls Handbook version 2.0.
So come along, join in the conversation and leave feeling supported to make your community space thrive.
