Description

The charity trustees of Borides, a charity delivering social care services, have resolved to look for a similar charity to merge with. What happens next? Experienced charity lawyers will stand in the shoes of the charity trustees as they take attendees through the complex journey of a merger outlining the critical phases from initial discussions through due diligence to completion and beyond. A panel of experts from other areas will be on hand to answer questions throughout the "journey".

Attendees will gain insights into common challenges, unexpected hurdles, and practical solutions at each stage of the process. This event aims to equip charities and third sector organisations with essential knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions and navigate successful mergers, empowering them to strengthen their missions and extend their impact.
