The charity trustees of Borides, a charity delivering social care services, have resolved to look for a similar charity to merge with. What happens next? Experienced charity lawyers will stand in the shoes of the charity trustees as they take attendees through the complex journey of a merger outlining the critical phases from initial discussions through due diligence to completion and beyond. A panel of experts from other areas will be on hand to answer questions throughout the "journey".
