- Description
Thousands of charities have been thinking about artificial intelligence over the past year, with many organisations joining SCVO’s online workshops to learn more. While much of the hype of 2023 has settled down a little, lots of organisations are now asking themselves how they can approach the potential of AI responsibly, and move from small-scale experiments to a meaningful strategy or more importantly, do they need it at all?
This discussion will cover a range of topics, including:
- What would a people and values-centred AI and digital strategy look like? In particular, one that prioritises inclusion and centres the value of human experience and expertise?
- Secondly, we will take an interactive look at some potential AI use cases, and use these to explore the ethical implications together.
- Finally, our panel will wrap up by reflecting on how civil society and voluntary sector organisations can play a more vocal role in shaping the future of AI.
- Who is the event aimed at?
Trustees, directors
- Who is speaking at this event?
