Overall aim

By sharing insights and examples around the different approaches to change, and using discussion, group activities and reflection, this session will provide attendees with key, actionable take-aways to help navigate the challenges of managing and communicating change within their organisations.

Description

How do you manage and communicate change in a way that motivates and inspires positive action rather than resistance?

In this short workshop, the Co-operative College team will use a values-led learning approach to guide attendees to explore their own attitudes to change, the key steps involved in the process of implementing change, and the importance of collaboration.

Attendees will:

  • Explore and reflect on different approaches to change and how this can impact the effectiveness of individuals and teams
  • Gain actionable take-aways to help navigate the challenges of change
  • Develop strategies to create a transparent, positive and inclusive approach to change

The Co-operative College has been providing values-led training for over 100 years. Working with purpose-driven organisations and individuals, their training sessions are always fun, interactive and most importantly, focused on meeting the desired outcomes of your organisation.
