- Description
Responding to sudden, traumatic incidents requires cross-sector collaboration, compassion, resilience, resource and planning.
The wider Merseyside community has been impacted by a number of these events. Join us to hear from those who were at the front of responding, to learn from their experiences and have the opportunity to ask for their advice and input.
Join us to hear from The Community Foundation for Merseyside, Merseyside Police and National Emergencies Trust.
The Community Foundation for Merseyside: We help individuals and organisations give to causes which matter to them, where there is most need, and where it will have greatest impact. In 2024-25 it responded rapidly to unforeseen and tragic events within the community, supporting the voluntary sector there to support the community at its times of need.
National Emergencies Trust: As soon as we activate an emergency fundraising appeal, we collaborate with local funding partners to make sure that the funds raised can be allocated fast and fairly to support those affected.
