- Description
Virtual services have moved from "nice-to-have" to "need-to-have", especially across rural and island communities. But how do you build trust when your service exists through a screen or on a phone?
This session explores the innovations shaping virtual delivery across Highland and Scotland more widely, from text based harm reduction and aftercare, to supported staff training and neuroinclusive service design.
We'll unpack what makes virtual connection work (and what doesn't), share lessons from real-world delivery, and challenge some myths about what "human" really means.
Expect a fast-paced, interactive hour with practical takeaways and the odd reality check about Wi-Fi
