Description

What are the links between experiences of poverty and suicide? What work is happening in Scotland’s communities to help break these links and protect people? And, what are the transformative policies we need to free people from poverty and the harm it causes?

Samaritans Scotland and the Poverty Alliance are holding a panel discussion and Q&A to explore these questions. We will be joined by community organisations with deep expertise of the connections between poverty, inequality, financial hardship and suicide.
