- Description
Now more than ever, the third sector is facing a growing challenge to create impact with limited resources and navigate shifting policy priorities. Join Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland (CHSS) as they take you through their approach to adapting and optimising reach in an increasingly competitive environment. Ensuring the design, the development, the delivery and the evaluation is linked to strategic political outcomes.
Learn about how they have embraced strategic political opportunities and designed agile services that can adapt to the needs of different communities. We will also explore how to demonstrate this impact and the key role of meaningful partnerships as you continue to grow as an organisation.
Alongside insights from the CHSS team, you will hear from two key project partners from NHS Midlothian's Community Respiratory Team and the Cheyne Gang’s ‘Sing to Breathe’ programme who will share their experience of how creative collaboration has been able to increase support for people living with long term conditions.
