The Edinburgh Ethnicity and Employment Roundtable brings together community organisations, employability services, public sector partners and people with lived experience to address barriers to employment and support fairer access to opportunities for ethnically diverse community members. Hosted by Capital City Partnership, the Roundtable provides a space to share learning, strengthen connections and bring community perspectives into discussions about employment support, policy and practice.
