Down’s Syndrome Scotland was established in 1982 by a small group of determined parents and today it has over 1,600 members all over Scotland. The charity provides support to families and people with Down’s syndrome throughout their entire life. Our mission is to help every individual with Down’s syndrome reach their fullest potential through a range of services and support, to celebrate that potential, and to influence public policy by calling out inequality and campaigning for change.
