We are Fair Deal, a social enterprise and social care provider based in Glasgow, providing training and support to adults with additional support needs. Our organisation originated in 1989 when members of the community and parents of adults with learning disabilities came together because they wanted better support and more meaningful citizenship for their sons and daughters. Thirty-seven years on, we have grown and developed into a well-established provider of social care services. We offer training opportunities and person-centred support to adults across Glasgow and beyond, working in a range of settings both in groups and on a one-to-one basis. The people who use our services are at the heart of everything we do. Through a strong forum of supported individuals, we are continually driven to create change, improvement and innovation. This helps ensure that we remain true to our three core values: Encouraging, Innovative and Empowering.
