Prize Draw

  • The Prize Draw is open to any voluntary organisation, charity, CIC, social enterprise or voluntary group attending The Gathering on 10th and 11th February 2026
  • Only one entry per organisation is permitted
  • The prize is a year’s free insurance up to the value of £5000.
  • The insurance must be arranged through Keegan & Pennykid (Insurance Brokers) Ltd and their Encompass insurance scheme.
  • The insurance cover must be incepted before 28th February 2027.
  • To enter, participants should scan the QR code at Keegan & Pennykid’s stand and fill in the required information (stand numbers 1 and 2 in the Strathblane Hall of the EICC) on 10th and 11th February.
  • Entries will close at midday on 11th February 2026
  • The Prize winner will be drawn at random and announced at The Gathering at 1:00pm on Wednesday 11th February 2026
  • By entering the Prize Draw, entrants are providing consent to being contacted by email about the prize draw results and Keegan & Pennykid’s services.
  • Entrant data will not be shared with any third party.
  • No cash alternative will be provided in whole or part of the prize.

  • Entry is open to any individual attending The Gathering on 10th and 11th February 2026

  • The winner will be randomly selected and notified by Friday 13th February 2026
