We pioneer responding to distress and crisis, that’s why Penumbra have been delivering instant access centres across Scotland for over 15 years.  Mental health matters every day and our innovative 24/7 walk-in support is there when people need it.

People’s experiences are at the centre of everything that we do.  We champion Peer Practitioners; we know that recovery is possible, because they’ve been there too.  By listening and working alongside people with lived and living experience of mental health recovery, we’re able to create meaningful change.

Our impact extends globally too, with Penumbra’s validated outcomes tools actively used in The Netherlands, Spain, Finland, Belgium and the Czech Republic.
