The Scottish Government Human Rights Division seeks to strengthen implementation of human rights and advance proposals around extended rights protections. We are taking forward capability building work to help advance human rights, ready the third sector for a future Human Rights Bill and are working with organisations funded through the Equality and Human Rights Fund to support knowledge exchange between the third sector on putting rights into practice.
