Fun and interactive activities
We love to bring some fun to the Gathering for our delegates to enjoy. At previous Gatherings, we've welcomed all kinds of fun and interactive activities, including choir and dance performances, guided walks, craft stalls, a pop-up library, Taiko drumming, doggy bingo, and more!

Volunteer
Every year, enthusiastic and energetic volunteers help us deliver the Gathering supporting with:
- Exhibition set-up
- Assisting exhibitors
- Supporting workshop hosts
- Delegate registration
- Signposting events
It's a real opportunity to gain some experience, make a contribution and take a look behind the scenes at what goes into delivering a huge event for thousands of people.
