Host an event - booking form
What to think about before you book:
- If you are hoping to host an event at the Gathering in 2025 please keep both the 4th and 5th February free in your diary until we confirm the programme.
- When you’re booking, we ask you for your preferred room layout. We will try our best to offer you your preference, but please keep in mind that we can’t guarantee it.
- This year we’re particularly keen to see collaborative event ideas, so consider if you could team up with other organisations.
- We'll be looking for a wide range of speakers and panel members and would particularly like to see people with lived experience of the subject you're focusing on taking part in delivering your event.
- We ask you to be flexible to help us offer the best experience to our delegates. We'll plan the full Gathering programme to avoid clashes in event themes, to provide a varied and interesting programme and to support delegates to attend as many different events as possible to make the most out of their Gathering experience.
