Wellbeing Works is breaking down the barriers that make it difficult to access support. Their approach is friendly and inclusive, and they offer an extensive range of activities that help build confidence, motivation and self - belief.

The Team at Wellbeing Works demonstrated creativity, tenacity and determination over the last couple of years, to help people who face mental health challenges to keep well as they navigated the impacts of the pandemic. Within the last 18 months, the organisation has also moved premises to the Wellgate Shopping Centre in Dundee, making mental health and wellbeing support accessible in the heart of the City. Self – referrals for support have increased by 400% in the last 6 months. The Team have stood strong through extremely turbulent times, and their kindness and resilience is a credit to the organisation.
