Many people are emerging from prolonged periods of fear, loss and uncertainty into a new era of devastating economic challenges including food and fuel poverty. The mental health and wellbeing of people in our communities is under enormous threat, and many are seeking help.
Wellbeing Works is breaking down the barriers that make it difficult to access support. Their approach is friendly and inclusive, and they offer an extensive range of activities that help build confidence, motivation and self - belief. Vote for Wellbeing Works to help raise awareness of what works to promote better wellbeing.

The Team at Wellbeing Works demonstrated creativity, tenacity and determination over the last couple of years, to help people who face mental health challenges to keep well as they navigated the impacts of the pandemic. Within the last 18 months, the organisation has also moved premises to the Wellgate Shopping Centre in Dundee, making mental health and wellbeing support accessible in the heart of the City. Self – referrals for support have increased by 400% in the last 6 months. The Team have stood strong through extremely turbulent times, and their kindness and resilience is a credit to the organisation.
