Juliana was appointed in September 2020, joining the organisation during one of the most challenging times in the 50 years of Bavs' existence. In a very short period of time, she managed to transform the charity, from systems implementation to new policies, new innovative, effective and creative ways of working which transformed the culture of the organisation and had a striking positive impact the Third Sector locally and consequently our communities.
