We will need four to six photos of your project, your place of work or activity or nominee for use on the awards website, our social media accounts, features in Third Force News, and at the ceremony as part of the visual presentation.
In order for your organisation, nominee or project to shine across all our communications, it’s really important that you supply the best possible quality photos.
- We will need photos of your organisation, project or cause. This should include something that helps people understand your core activity. It could be inside your office/centre hard at work, or in the environment where you engage with colleagues or deliver your service. This can be group photos, images of the ‘things you do’, and so on.
- For those who have entered our Employee/Trustee/Volunteer of the Year categories, we will also need an image of the nominee. Ideally this should be a well-lit photo, if possible, with a neutral or empty background. It doesn’t need to be ‘staged’ or too formal; not a passport photo, but equally not a snapshot taken in the near dark! Just an image that shows you clearly, relaxed, and ideally happy!
These photos need to be of as high quality as possible in order to print well or look good on the big screen. They don’t have to be generated on a dedicated camera, modern smartphones can take decent quality images, BUT the light has to be good in order for phone pictures to come out well.
Ideally, we would like JPEG files, as large as possible, but a minimum of 2Mb in size, and preferably full colour. Please don’t include your organisation’s logo as one of the images supplied as this is not required.
Feel free to send a selection of images, or to get in touch for any further help or advice.
