With more and more of us working remotely on a long-term basis, digital wellbeing has never been more important.
Our digital inclusion team have been working to recognise our own digital bad habits and looking at ways to improve our way of working. Join us for an informal and interactive session where we share what we’ve learned so far, what worked and what didn’t and how to kickstart your own digital wellbeing journey.
The session will include:
- What digital wellbeing is and why it matters in the workplace, with a focus on remote-working.
