Be chill for your body and mind through clinical approaches, HeartMath, Sofrology, NLP, Brainspotting and Hypnotherapy techniquies are utilised to relieve stress and bring everyone back in the body through breath, movement and rapid eye movements. Helpful for trauma, grief and health.

Description

We would love to present for all audiences some mental health hacks that can bring our bodies back to calmness quickly when facing adversity. Keeping our mental health in good order is our charities priority and we wish to educate with our self help techniques of bringing the body and mind into a balanced coherent state. This educational interactive present will help everyone quickly and efficiently. Providing a toolkit for you need it most.
