Exercise 1: Interviewing

1: Come up with two open questions to ask your colleague about your organisation.
2: Frame the shot (medium close) – check for lighting, background and noise.
3: Ask the question.
*Remember active listening!
When finished, play it back and ask yourself:
- Was the framing as best as it could be – check background, lighting, eye line?
- Can I hear the person?
- Do they answer the question fully?
- Think what follow up question would you ask?
