Overview

At this first session of SCVO's revived Comms Network, members can hear from comms professionals working at SCVO. Comms network members will be able to hear about how the sector can get its message out, and learn how to maximise the effectiveness of their work. If you have any questions feel free to get in touch ahead of time or on the day - there are no silly questions.

The network is a supportive space for anyone from an SCVO member organisation with an interest in communications and marketing, and as the network grows we are looking to re-establish links with voices from across the sector.

Overall aim

To begin building links with other communications professionals and those with an interest in comms within Scotland's third sector.

Description

SCVO's comms team will begin by talking through their roles, how these have changed and what they can do to support SCVO members. This will be followed by a Q+A and open discussion about challenges facing those working in communications and marketing in the sector.
