Although the Equality and Human Rights Commission acts as the regulator for equalities in Scotland, and,Human Rights It has been noted that that there is now significant policy divergence between the Scottish,and the UK Parliament’s on human rights as seen in the UK government proposals to replace the Human,the European Convention on Human Rights and Scotland’s National Action Plan for Human Rights (SNAP),,of the level of support for human rights based approaches in Scotland.
