Leonard Cheshire's report into the barriers facing disabled people in Primary Care Trusts throughout the UK. The report demonstrates the gap between Government expectations about challenging discrimination on the one hand, and reality on the other. It finds that Primary Care Trusts are failing many disabled people, and often have no plans to address this.
