How to connect with donors: essential messages for charities
This report presents the findings of a survey conducted by CAF Research, into what the general public and CAF individual customers think charities could do differently to weather the recession. The survey was conducted during March and June 2009. The respondents had some very clear messages for charities regarding changes to their communications, income generation, spending, and other ways of working. These are presented in context with the most recent third sector and government initiatives and developments, to give an indication to charities of what changes might already be possible for them to make. The aim is to assist charities with their planning in the period after the recession.
