"Without WithYou, I’d be dead. My kids wouldn’t have a dad.” That’s one father in Dundee. We heard words like his every day from the record 14,000 people we supported with drug and alcohol challenges, including almost 400 families with children. Drug deaths fell to their lowest level since 2017, and alcohol deaths hit a five-year low. Our 13 services played a big part, with successful discharges up 19%. We also launched the UK’s first fully commissioned virtual drug and alcohol service, reaching Scotland’s most remote communities, and expanded drug-checking and harm reduction.
