Why you should vote for Heather Bryson - Dementia and Disabled Services for the People’s Choice Award

Heather’s “target audience” is people living with dementia/disabilities. She’s an example of how inter-generational work can be extremely beneficial for all age groups. She also highlights the positive impact of re-cycling, by Heather producing bird-feeders the wildlife are also catered for.

Heather completed a Captain Tom 100. She live streamed an exercise session to over 160 care homes throughout the world which supported them to raise funds for residents. One care home raised over £2000. Currently working on a Queens Jubilee event where The Scouts, RLSS UK, St Andrews First Aid, care homes/organisations/groups will join her for an "exercise extravaganza".

Heather, (age 9) re-cycles, making gifts that she sells, raising money for Dementia services. Volunteers time for various community and global projects. She produces exercise videos, hosts zoom sessions for care homes/day cares encouraging people to participate in gentle exercise and rehydrate.
Gave up her Christmas Eve/Day and Easter holidays to deliver food to vulnerable people. Heather volunteers her weekends to supporting children/young adults with learning/physical disabilities to take part in sports.
