Grants are available to community groups or for projects which have future long term benefit for the community.Community group grants are available to any organisation which consists of a reasonable majority of Strathnairn residents, has open access to all of the target population for that group and has an identifiable relevance to the wider Strathnairn community.

The Vattenfall Clashindarroch Wind Farm Community Fund supports charitable projects benefiting those living in the areas served by the community councils of Huntly, Strathbogie and Tap o’Noth and the area served by Cabrach Community Association. It will support projects which will support positive change and strategic impact, in particular: - improve community services and facilities- increase participation in and access to contemporary culture, events and recreational activity- preserve and enhance the natural environment for residents and visitors- promote rural regeneration- celebrate the area's cultural, historic and archaeological heritage.They also offer two thematic schemes: Volunteer Development Bursaries; and School Transport Costs.

Provides funding to community and charitable projects in the community council areas of Aberfeldy, Dull & Weem, Dunkeld & Birnam, Kenmore & District and Mid Atholl, Strathtay & Grandtully. Grants are available to support projects which: - enhance the quality of life for local residents;- contribute to vibrant, healthy, successful and sustainable communities;- promote community spirit and encourage community activity.

Grants are given to organisations operating in the former Grampian Region of Scotland (Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Kincardineshire, Banffshire and Morayshire) whose aims are:- To promote and advance music, drama and the arts;- To promote and encourage charitable youth activities;- To promote and maintain Christian ecumenical services; - To help maintain community centres.

The Dunbar Shopfront Improvement Grant Scheme will invite applications from retail properties in Dunbar town centre ONLY to assist with the delivery of capital project costs related to shopfront repairs and improvements.

Garden vouchers are available to community, neighbourhood and school gardens who want to bring back community gardening and revitalise our streets and inspire people to take up gardening and grow their green skills.
