Overview The Scottish Government has published a ‘consultative framework document’ on its forthcoming,Resource Spending is the spending on day-to-day running costs of government programmes and administration,How clearly does the framework set out the Scottish Government’s priorities for the resource spending,Both local and national government in Scotland have relied heavily on the voluntary sector to support,Ultimately this is hampering the Scottish Government’s ability to address its core priorities.
