We help with sourcing and installing the right hardware (e.g. computers, tablets, routers), software (e.g. internet applications to create documents and programmes that help run a computer such as Windows), telecoms and licensing for your software to make sure you're complying with legal requirements. We can help you access competitive pricing and voluntary sector discounts
We'll support you to migrate your work to safe online storage (often called cloud services) such as Microsoft 365. Cloud services offer high levels of security and encryption as well as improved reliability and continuity, giving your teams secure access from anywhere and making remote work and collaboration easier
We'll keep you and your team up to date with the IT and digital news you need to keep your organisation running smoothly and and to help you and your organisation along on your digital journey
We normally support organisations with between 5 and 80 people or devices. If you would like IT support for more than 80 people, we're happy to refer you to our partner Phoenix Software.
We don't offer support with building websites or with customer relationship management (CRM) systems through our IT Service, but SCVO can signpost you and offer you lots of guidance on the key steps you need to think about when it comes to both website builds and choosing and maintaining a CRM. And, for SCVO members, our partner ProAptivity offers exclusive discounts on its CRM service.

Hello, I'm Ian. I've worked in IT for over 21 years, and in the voluntary sector for 18 years. I lead the IT team here at SCVO, and together as a team, our ambition is to provide you with the latest technology, backed by knowledgeable, friendly, and personable support at a competitive price. Hello, I'm Naeem. I've worked in IT for over 21 years, and in the voluntary sector for 17 years. I lead a large number of client development projects and onboarding. I am responsible for managing the on-premise and cloud networks, services and applications for SCVO and our clients. I am a highly motivated and dedicated member of the SCVO IT Team. I always show high integrity in my tasks and always go the extra mile to support my clients and team.
My outside work interests are playing cricket and badminton on a regular basis. In my free time, I watch movies or sports (cricket) and keep up with current sport updates. I also spend my free time doing DIY at home.

Hello, I'm Robbie. I've worked in IT for 9 years, and in the voluntary sector for 9 years. I am responsible for escalated helpdesk support, as well as heavy involvement in projects and managing the on-premise and cloud networks, services and applications for SCVO and our clients. I am passionate about helping people get the best out of technology and deploying new systems.
Outside of work, I like to watch Formula one on Sundays and play video games in my free time with friends.

Hello, I'm Darren. I've worked in IT for 3 years, and in the voluntary sector for 9 years. I specialise in remote helpdesk support, proactive maintenance and endpoint deployments. I am super passionate when it comes to providing high levels of customer service and satisfaction to clients, always striving to be better, continually learning and improving as I go along.
Outside of work you’ll find me in front of the screens again, playing video games, live content creation and video editing. I like to go out into the sun too though!
