Virtual tenancy
Virtual tenancy is a service we provide whereby an SCVO’s hub can be used as your organisation’s registered business and postal address.
As part of the service, your post is stored at your chosen hub which can then either be collected or forwarded on to a specified address. The cost of forwarding postal deliveries would involve an additional charge.
Another benefit of our virtual tenancy service is the exclusive offer of desk rental for only £15.00 per day at any of our offices. This is not a service which we offer externally. As a virtual tenant, your organisation would also be entitled to use any of our meeting spaces (additional charges apply).
The cost for our virtual tenancy service is £30.00 per month. This is invoiced monthly in advance.
