Overview

The SCVO Trustees Network in partnership with Aberdeen Standard Capital presents a series of good governance webinars where you can hear from experts and share your own learning and experience to ensure a sustainable future for your organisation.

2020 saw boards challenged in new ways as trustees worked virtually to make difficult decisions and ensure their organisations were governed effectively. Board dynamics changed and some trustees saw relationships deteriorate.

Strong working relationships and good teamwork are key to good governance, so in this webinar we will look at how board behaviour is key to your organisation’s success and how trustees can build a positive board culture. Scottish Mediation’s May Millward will outline what trustees can do when tensions and conflict arise, and the role of mediation.

Questions can be submitted in advance and during the webinar.

Who is this event aimed at?

This session is aimed at trustees of charities and voluntary organisations, and anyone interested in good governance.
