At this meeting we will be joined by Helen Martin, Head of the Fair Work Convention Secretariat. Helen will introduce the Fair Work Convention and the Convention’s vision that, by 2025, people in Scotland will have a world-leading working life where fair work drives success, wellbeing and prosperity for individuals, businesses, organisations and society.

Helen will discuss:

Fair work - what is it and why it matters

Fair work tools - what’s out there and how can they be used

Fair Work First - a new form of conditionality in grant funding and what this means.

Colleagues will then be invited to discuss with Helen and one another fair work and the voluntary sector in Scotland.
