About

I lead the IT team at SCVO, with responsibility for a broad range of operational areas. My role is to support the team with the right tools, guidance and oversight. The team delivers technical support to SCVO colleagues and operates a contracted Managed Support Service for the sector, covering Microsoft 365, networks, endpoints, security and service desk support. I'm a big believer in purposeful mentoring and clear communication, but I also think work is better when we don't take ourselves too seriously - I like to bring a bit of humour to keep things relaxed and productive.
