I've been working with SCVO for over 10 years and have a wide knowledge of the sector. I have been with IT for 5+ years. My work focus is managing the IT Helpdesk and helping with cases that require to be escalated from our first line support team. I also work on new projects for SCVO and clients to enhance their equipment, networks and security.
