- The aim of this two-day course is to provide an introduction to training and learning. To learn how people learn, make the messages you want to get across stick through creating the right structure and environment for your participants. The course is designed to help participants design and deliver learning to small groups.
- Who was the course aimed at?
- This interactive course is suitable for anyone new to training, individuals who have had no previous formal training or if you are a trainer and wish to consolidate your training skills. Over the two days participants will work on individual tasks and in small groups. The learning on this course will be enhanced if the participant has a specific piece of training they are going to deliver a few weeks after the course.
