- Description
uring this webinar, attendees will hear directly from Chris Hollowayat Foundation Scotland, about the Social Investment Fund and how it supports charities, social enterprises and community organisations across Scotland. The fund provides blended social investment of between £10,000 and £250,000, with up to 25% available as a grant alongside repayable finance.
Attendees will gain an overview of the fund, including the types of organisations and activities it can support. The session will cover investment for working capital, asset acquisition, business growth and capital expenditure, as well as practical guidance on eligibility and the application process.
The webinar will also explore when social investment may be appropriate and how blended finance can help organisations achieve their ambitions while building long-term sustainability and impact.
In addition, Kirsty Young, SCVO’s Funding Scotland Development Officer, will deliver a short input on Funding Scotland and the wider support SCVO provides around funding. Kirsty will also be available for questions during or after the session.
