Training and learning review
Context
The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) has established itself as a trusted provider of training to the voluntary sector over many decades. Whilst our programme consistently receives positive feedback, we recognise the need to modernise our approach to meet evolving sector requirements.
We have recently carried out an internal review of our training and learning offer and developed a business case to invest in our service over the coming 24 months to better meet the needs of the sector and ensure financial sustainability.
To kick off our investment we are looking for a skilled learning and development specialist to support the transformation of our training offer, focusing on content, delivery approach and business model.
