- Overview
The world of work may have changed forever, with the Coronavirus pandemic normalising remote working. As lockdown restrictions ease many organisations are considering a hybrid remote-office model and are looking at whether they really need their current premises. This webinar will look at the choices available in the real estate market. Whether you’re thinking of reducing your property portfolio, relocating, reviewing the space you have, or considering new premises, you need to consider all the pros and cons.
Join Richard Smith, Partner, and Charles Hay, Managing Associate, from Brodies Real Estate Team to look at the legal options as you plan for the future of work. Kenneth Pinkerton, Director of Charities & Third Sector, from Brodies, will also be on hand to look at the governance aspects that need to be factored into any decision-making process, and Alastair Dutton, Head of Infrastructure and Technology, SCVO, will discuss how SCVO are adapting their property strategy to be post-pandemic ready, making changes to buildings and working with partners to build flexible collaboration options.
- Entry requirements
This webinar will be open to SCVO members and the wider voluntary sector in Scotland.
