A series of three workshops that will act as the building blocks for your digital strategy. The sessions will take you through the stages that you need to discover what your digital strategy should include, define your goals, and develop digital habits. Each can be joined as a one off or as part of the whole series, dependent on where you are on your digital journey.
1. Discover your digital strategy
In order to develop a working digital strategy you must understand the challenges that your trying to solve. This workshops takes you through the process and helps you highlight the organisational, people, and systems challenges to include.
- Overall aim
At the end of the session you will have a good understanding of
- What a digital strategy is
- How you would use one in your organisation
- What aspects of an organisation should be included in discovery work?
- What steps you will need to take, and have made a start with them
