This report from IPPR highlights three key challenges facing the UK's labour market in the current recession and the coming jobs crisis. It makes recommendations to government, including replacing the furlough scheme with a ‘Coronavirus Work Sharing Scheme' (CWSS) come October. The report also calls for investment in public infrastructure and for the government to maintain the increase in universal credit.
