In December 2009 the Scottish Government & COSLA released ?A Working Life for All Disabled People: The Supported Employment Framework for Scotland?. The Scottish Union of Supported Employment (SUSE) was represented on the task group for the Framework, which built on the work SUSE and others have done over the years on developing Supported Employment and raising its profile. This paper explores the uses of international learning and research in the implementation of the Framework.
